Our  emphasis is on providing our community with healthful and nutritious organic food from as nearby as possible.  Our uniquely delicious  buffet offers an eclectic mix ethnic, vegan and  vegetarian specialities.  We only use humanely raised, local & organic meats on our speciality sandwiches . We have the Valley's only organic juice and smoothie bar.  We offer a great selection of take home meals and outrageously delicious burritos.   Everything is made fresh in our kitchen by super talented people who love what they do.

We  partner with The Vermont Fresh Network, Slow Food USA and NOFA. All of the food that the cafe offers can be found in our market.  Need a special dish or pick up catering, call us for details.

We have recently added a speciality

coffee and tea bar.  You can enjoy a cup of locally roasted, fair trade coffee from AWAKE  or a cup of organic, fair trade tea from around the globe.  All of the Cafe to-go containers are biodegradable and manufactured with earth friendly practices.
